About The Fair

At the Benefits Fair, you will learn about the 2024 employee benefits offerings and have the opportunity to interact with benefit carriers right from your computer. It is also the kickoff to open enrollment, which is your annual opportunity to review your benefit options and make any applicable changes for the upcoming year.

New this year – all eligible employees MUST make benefit selections in Workday if they wish to have any coverage in the new year. Current benefit plans will not carryover. The choices we make concerning our benefits during open enrollment are among the most important we select for ourselves and our families. We encourage you to attend the event to determine which plans might be best for you.

All PRN, part-time, or full-time employees and family members are encouraged to attend the Fair.

Open Enrollment begins October 27, 2023 and ends November 13, 2023
That timeframe is when the event is live and benefit carriers are available for chat; however, you can download the information in the Fair until open enrollment ends on November 13, 2023.
This year, it’s critical that you make a benefit selection in Workday! We’re excited to be offering a wider variety of benefit options. But as a result, current benefits coverage this year will NOT carry over.
We don’t want you or your family to be without coverage, so please spend some time reviewing your options, log in to Workday, and select the benefits that best meet your needs.
If you are in an approved hourly position of at least 48 hours or more per pay period, you are benefit eligible. You will also have an Action Item in your Workday inbox after logging in.
You are not permitted to make changes to your benefits once you have completed your annual enrollment except if you experience a qualifying event (birth/adoption, marriage, divorce, or losing other coverage)
